The role:

 

The project manager role is part of our growing UK team and will be responsible for leading two of our Europe wide accounts as well as supporting the global team during pitches. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work with an international team, learn how to manage complex global accounts and clients and be part of a new growing agency.

    

Responsibilities :
 

Copywriter:

  • Writing copy for any UK clients.

  • Writing copy for the Dragons website and content for social channels.

  • Offer support across departments for a variety of clients by writing content for client presentations and internal documentation.

 

Project Manager:

  • Being aware of client daily needs and ensure the right steps are being across projects.

  • Support Global Client Lead and Operations Director on client and project management.

  • Lead production team to have deliverables on time and with all specs needed applied.

  • Understanding briefs and making sure all materials needed are provided so studio team can work on deliverables.


Requirements: 

The Copywriter/PM oversees the entire project life-cycle by writing, editing and creating content that connects with the consumer. Main responsibilities include:

 

  • Translating the client briefs into an executional plan

  • Project management from client brief to delivery of the work, including managing the client relationship.

  • Managing timing plans and ensuring deadlines are met

  • Prioritising projects for multiple brands and clients, in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment

  • Managing the distribution of content across all channels, working with internal and external partners (e.g. Media agencies)

  • Selecting and assigning the best resources for each project

  • Building the right teams of talent, based on the nature of the brief, working closely with the Global Operations team and other content studios

  • Brief, inspire and work effectively with front-of-camera talent and other creative and digital production teams

  • Scheduling and organising kick off meetings, creative presentations, and pre-production meetings (including travel logistics where required)

  • Ensuring that all deliverables are error free, on time and in line with client facing quality expectations
     

Areas of knowledge & expertise that matter most:

  • Previous experience with writing advertising copy and content and with copywriting in general

  • Expert understanding of digital marketing, social media, e-commerce and paid advertising

  • Ability to write, edit and proof-read quality written content

  • Strong client relationships skills

  • Ability to work within small teams

  • Good editorial judgement

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and other analytics tools

  • Knowledge of industry best-practices, including digital trafficking and delivery

  • Solid understanding of production processes using industry-standard Adobe photo, audio and video editing software

  • Hands-on approach with a can-do attitude

  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills

  • Very high standards and an eye for detail

  • Strong communication skills – able to write clear presentations and articulate their message

  • Professional manner – being aware at all times that this role is based at the client site

  • Robust – able to adapt to change

  • Able to work under pressure in a deadline driving environment

  • Able to work independently
