The third-largest FMCG company is looking to transform the organization and truly build a culture of content, and part of the plan to achieve that is to do it via in-house creative content studios in their core markets. Each studio will have an initial team of approximately five members and will be responsible for managing, creating and executing world-class digital content for their market.

As true change agents, you will work closely with the client’s marketing, the regulatory and data teams, across all brands, to help them think and make digital content that delivers results and is consistent with the brand promise.

Responsibilities

 

  • The Creative Director is responsible for transforming client briefs into high quality and creative digital content that delivers against our KPIs. The role is responsible for managing the creative output of our on site content studio to deliver work that we are proud of. This role is Lead, however, will still be hands on from conceptualising to execution, delivering content that connects with the consumers. Responsibilities include:

  • Translating the client brief into an integrated customer experience or creative idea across all channels. Defining which approaches and practices work best at driving engagement, enrolment and conversion

  • Providing creative and artistic direction – working closely with the Content Performance Manager and Content Lead

  • Providing creative leadership to the team

  • Close collaboration with the Content Lead to manage client relationships across all markets (including presenting creative ideas)

  • Ability to partner with the brand’s lead creative agency

  • Leading brainstorms for the team relaying client requirements for each campaign

  • Ensuring content is on brand and is consistent with style, quality and tone of voice

  • Developing content that meets regulatory requirements in each local market

  • Ensuring that the creative vision is brought alive in the local markets

  • Being hands-on with copywriting and designing

  • Managing and overseeing external creative resources and third party agencies

  • Ensuring the highest level of quality and creativity

  • Ensuring all content is optimised for success

Requirements

  • A strong background leading the creative of best in class digital content, within an agency or client studio (Creative Director/Lead level)

  • 360 experience of copywriting, designing, creative direction and supervision

  • A proven track record of pitch conversion and leading successful campaigns for global brands

  • Fearlessness – strong commitment to creative ideas to deliver to the client

  • Strong client relationships skills

  • A proven track record in leading and mentoring a team

  • Hands-on approach, can-do attitude and ready to roll-up their sleeves to get results

  • Very high standards and an eye for detail

  • Professional manner – being aware at all times that this role is based at the client site

  • Able to work under pressure in a deadline driving environment
