REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ year of experience in a digital agency

  • Good knowledge of animation techniques (including typographic animation, illustration & Motion Graphics) and softwares (After Effects).

  • An outstanding eye for great design and a passion for delivering creative work

  • Ability to proactively suggest improvements to brief

  • Ability to deliver some conceptual work

  • Ability to deliver mid complexity briefs within a reasonable time frame with minimum support from the Creative Director

  • Ability to deliver low complexity briefs quickly without supervision

  • A thorough knowledge of key features within Adobe cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

  • Understanding principles of good UI and UX

  • Good knowledge of all the major digital channels and Social Media platforms, including being familiar with their technical specifications

  • A good balance between great technical design skills and creativity

  • Eager to learn and improve new techniques and new tools (Sketch, XD, web design, etc.)

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Executing any low to mid complexity briefs and some higher complexity briefs with the Creative Director’s support

  • Working independently on low complexity briefs and most of the mid complexity briefs​

  • Ensuring content is created with the channel specifics in mind, good UI and cross-browser compatibility

  • Attention to detail, ensuring all brief requirements are fulfilled

  • Supporting the Creative Director on low to mid complexity briefs

  • Understanding all technical specifications supplied by media agencies

  • Ensuring all elements like reference files, brand assets, fonts etc. have been supplied by the Producer/PM before commencing work on a brief. If not, flagging any missing assets ASAP

  • QC-ing all assets before sending to Content Creator for final QC

  • Ensuring assets are on brief, to spec and on brand

  • Supporting the Content Manager and Producer in the final upload of assets.

LANGUAGES

■  Spanish (mandatory)  ■  Catalan (highly recommended)  ■  English (highly recommended)  ■  Any other languages are a plus
